I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Betano. While they had no issues accepting my deposits, the verification process became a nightmare as soon as I tried to withdraw my funds. They rejected my ID and bank statement four times, citing non-existent reasons (claiming they weren't clear or the format was wrong), even though the documents are perfectly legible.
