I’m Jackie Jones, account holder at BetAnything since March 20, 2026. I signed up after seeing them on Bookmakers Review, deposited $500 with promo BMR150, I ended up losing it. I then added $1,000 into their 100% free-play program. I won legit on MLB money lines, got up to about $7,000 with $23,000 rollover still to go. That’s when they capped me at $500 a wager max, $300 on spreads. I asked nicely if they’d lift it or release me from rollover, they said no. I ended up completing it.
I submitted my payout on April 1st and that’s when the issues started.
Final balance before payout request: $8,770 (my $1,000 BTC deposit plus winnings). They started KYC: ID front/back, utility bill, selfie. I completed however that was not enough. They then demanded video reading account and PIN. I sent it. Still not enough. Told me to go stand outside my house in pouring rain, same thing. I did it, sent two videos plus one of my entire house. (now I wish I hadn’t, feels like they wanted leverage).
Today, they told me said payout was coming in a couple hours and I was good to go. Then they told me it was a miscommunication.
Then the real crazy started. Hours later, the General Manager Amy calls. Accuses me flat-out: “You’re not Jackie Jones.” Says I “don’t look like I know how to place a bet” and my voice “sounds off.” I asked how to prove it? she just repeated “you can’t, you’re not him.” Then: “Admit you’re not Jackie or we take every cent and shut you down.” She also told me if I admitted I wasn’t Jackie I’d be paid. Told her I’m Jackie, wins are mine. She hung up, told me to call back when I “change my mind.” Next thing, balance drops to zero, account locked out forever.
I emailed them right away said I’d post on forums and contact agencies. And also linked my thread. Boom, login works again, balance back, “under review.” But then supervisor Amy calls. Screaming at me to do more stuff right now. I said “I’m heading out which I was driving somewhere.” tomorrow’s fine,” she loses it yells and screams at me; hangs up, then spam-calls me twice more like a stalker.
This isn’t normal. They have my house photos, my face, my voice. After the backlash on Bookmakers Review (thread’s blowing up, people calling it unethical, scummy, harassment), I’m actually worried they’ll send someone to hurt me, I’m fearing for my safety. Feels borderline terrifying.
I won’t talk to them again, too risky after the threats and psycho calls. Please investigate:
• Why demand outdoor videos in rain?
• Why bait me to confess I’m someone else?
• Why zero funds then restore them only after I went public?
• Why harass with yelling and spam calls?
I ask that they send my $8,770 to my bitcoin address on file.
I’ve also thought about contacting authorities because I think they may try and harm me do to the backlash.
