Another update after the business replied and in response to their poor and vague response: Belle is my nickname and due to all online privacy issues in the internet if things, I would rather not use my official name here. My choice! Also, your response proves my point - no apologies, no accountability, no specific responses to all the issues raised. In fact before I asked you to delete my account I told you reply to me by email confirming account deletion but you never did! Till date there has not been a single email. And then I figured how to delete my account myself. What a shame. And as soon I changed my trust pilot rating from 5 to 2, there is a response within a few hours. Proves again, what a poorly run business this is and they will do anything to maintain optics externally. I am real person and this is a legit review that you cannot discredit just by saying its due to my name here! I can name every beta test I ever did and present screenshots of payments and more. Now my rating has changed to 1 after your response. Changing my rating from 5 to 2 as of August 2025 (trustpilot doesn't allow changing the date, makes no sense) - Support people and the owner, all are very rude and condescendingEspecially if you ask them to behave themselves, answer issues correctly.They have businesses like Temu doing these tests and not paying them and then the owner will send you a huge and condescending email saying that even though Temu did not pay them they will pay OOO. When I asked them not to, no response. Then issues and bugs happen within the platform which is frustrating and they refuse to be understanding. Quality has gone down a lot - maybe they are understaffed, maybe something else. I was giving my time and high quality feedback for peanuts anyways - not anymore. Its become a huge headache now so I left. Oh and they are SO obnoxiously intrusive that they will take all your personal info at the level that the Government needs. Make sure to delete that info before deleting your account.
