I made a deposit on November 27th and requested a cashout the same day after winning. Now, a week later on December 4th, I still haven't received any updates regarding my pending withdrawal. I've contacted the support team four times, but they haven't been able to provide any information. This experience has been very disappointing, as there shouldn't be such a lengthy delay for an update on a cashout.
