IGNORE SELF EXCLUSION AND SUICIDAL AND ILL PEOPLE

Gambled and lost 2500. At 1700 down I begged them on chat to close my account as I was chasing and they said you had to contact support@ and they took nearly two days to reply which meant I lost another 800. I had a remaining balance a week of 110 euros and they are ow asking for all forms of ID and have not engaged. I have no money and have insulin issues and severe health problems which I advised them about - ignored me. These people are literally killing people by proxy.
