I deposited $1000 through Perfectmoney and staked a couple of times, I tried withdrawing $195, $165 and $135 on different occasions (All profit) but they won't allow me, rather they blocked my account and kept asking me for documents. Since December 2021 till now, they keep repeating the same questions. Once I am done supplying all documents, they stop talking. If i continue, they start afresh and repeat the same process.I don't have my profit, I don't have my capital, they won't release any of the 2, nor are they talking about any offense I committed in the process.They are criminals.They have stopped replying any of my messages for the past 3 days. I committed no offense, yet they won't let me have access to my money.Update :They just repeated the same request again after I supplied them less than a week ago and was told to wait for processing. Now they are asking for the same thing all over again :"Hello.If you want to unlock your game account now, send all the photos that will be listed, without any other messages.1. Selfie with a passport.2. Passport and other document.3. Selfie with a passport and a sheet with the current date.4. Screenshot of the Perfect Money wallet.You have already sent many appeals on the topic of lack of a passport, etc., the answers to them were sent earlier. You either send ALL photos, or the game account will be blocked."This has been their method since December 2021UPDATE (12-06-2022)They finally unlocked my account and let me withdraw my money but blocked me from placing bets after almost 7 months of hundreds of email and document exchange.Run from them.
