Its a total waste of time seriously.The will block your account on first couple of bets and then will start asking for identification multiple times. I have send more than 6 emails my id in .jpg format and they keep replying with this "Scanned copies of the passport you are sending should be in "jpg" or "bmp" formats and should be attached to the letter." I asked them what "letter" means and also send them a screenshot that proves that the photos are in .jpg format and guess what? They replied me with the same message as above. I guess they are trying to make you quit from trying. If you value your time and money stay away.
