Again bingo site went down. Can't complain as it's against their rules. They ban your account. When they call you they will not identify who they are. They need to sort their site out. Betfred does not care about their customers. So frustrating
I had bets on Irish lottery went to load app to check results and having trouble logging in saying password wrong changed password still couldn’t log in now it’s saying I’m in a financial agreement and to contact them via email…sent a couple of emails with NO RESPONSE FROM BETFRED……you took my money for Irish lottery bets and now I can’t get into my account as obviously a problem at your end and what’s the point of emailing when no one there replies ever …..really bad experience with BETFRED I would NOT RECOMMEND….not if you want to be scammed anyway 😡🤬
I can honestly say without a doubt odds have changed with each update each year I've played many year and the odds of getting bonuses payout etc is getting harder each time also if you win big it's like there is a win block and it will eat u for every thing you win and more avoid this company at all costs
Updating my review on the slot games and would not recommend here to play I can honestly say I've played for multiple days at a few hours a session, I or anyone would expect something big after multiple days of playing, i have not been able to make a profit or get close to a jackpot prize, the return to player after a loss is just poor and very disappointing, I expected better but this annoyed me more my time i wasted and not been able to have a chance of hitting any big wins or payouts, from my experience playing with these has been tedious going in circles with very small payouts even after losses which is even more disappointing, the only positive is I will not be playing here again after today I'm done with these, had better experiences and faster payouts with other sites I've played with, and in a lot less time and days played, maybe they need investigating again with another big fine, also I placed a football accumulator, the scores was showing on different teams on another game in play and did not show the correct scores, I had to use google to keep myself updated with matches for my bets placed, so from your existing reply from my previous review, I do not believe your software is regularly checked and tested to meet on game percentages, more like it's been checked and tested to take more in percentages and payout less, if I had read other 1 star reviews here before signing up I wouldn't be here because now I can relate.
There is a change in the site which after an hour or so of gameplay they tell you that youve been playing for a long time if you continue to play after a short while you are forced to do a 1 hour play break i do also think that because of this the slots have been altered to take more money in a shorter period of time games are impossible to bonus an have really low pays most slots just eat money an pay nothing now an again you will hit a win on a slot you havent been grinding if your going to play here be really careful most slots take lots of money an never pay anything back just a warning.

Must be the only bookies that you need to watch the racing on your mobile phone. Betfred can't pay for Arena racing. Is this not a company that makes millions every year? If not billion. Avoid Betfred and go to a bookies that appreciates customers and actually pays for good racing to be watched on there screens. Pay your bills you absolute poor excuse for a bookies.
this company was happy to lure me in with a bet £10 get a £50 then as soon as they suck you in, in order to use your free bet you have to have funds deposited to match the bet which you cant get because you now hit your limit, the next thing you know they have blocked your account no warning no sorry we are wankers here are your funds back, and then leave you waiting for 45 min with some bot, and then you cant post the chat here because they dont allow email in this chat!
