I had a very disappointing experience with BetFury.
My account was suddenly blocked after I won money, with the reason being “multiple accounts.” I tried to explain that the second account was used by my brother, but both were accessed from the same WiFi, which I later understood may have caused the issue.
However, what is very concerning is that no clear evidence or detailed explanation was ever provided. The support team simply responded with a “final decision” and refused to review the case further.
I fully understand that rules exist, but completely blocking an account and withholding funds without transparency feels unfair and unprofessional.
At the very least, I expected a proper investigation or the option to withdraw my original deposit.
I hope BetFury improves its customer support and handles cases like this more fairly in the future.
