After sharing my honest experience on a review platform, the response I received was simply to contact the support team for assistance. However, they did not help me at all despite multiple attempts to reach out to their risk team, receiving no answers. I was told not to make accusations without proof. I urge everyone to review their terms and conditions, particularly the section that states they can close or suspend accounts if they believe terms are being violated. When I requested details about the other account they accused me of having, they failed to provide any information and instead blocked me. Now they demand evidence from me regarding my accusations. It's quite disappointing. I challenge them here to prove that I had another account.
