Withdrawal blocked after KYC removal – serious concern
I had a very concerning experience with Betify.
At the exact moment I requested a withdrawal of €1,600, my KYC verification was removed. The only explanation given was a €20 deposit made using a second bank card, which is clearly disproportionate.
From that point, I was unable to withdraw any funds.
However, I was still allowed to continue gambling without any restriction.
This raises a serious issue:
- Withdrawal blocked
- KYC removed at withdrawal moment
- Gambling still allowed
This creates a clear conflict of interest.
I have already escalated this case to Curaçao regulatory authorities.
