Despite the clear balance in my account, I was informed that my account was suspended due to violations of Betting Rule 3 and Rule 9, but I have not been given any specific details or evidence about what exactly led to this action.I was also advised to review their General Terms and Conditions, but the rules cited (such as Rule 3 regarding multiple accounts and Rule 9 concerning criminal activity) seem to be standard responses used to justify withholding funds. How could I possibly violate these rules when I have only one account and am simply trying to withdraw winnings that I rightfully earned?This situation feels like a scam. It’s frustrating and unfair, especially since my funds have been withheld with no proof or explanation given. I still do not have access to my winnings or the remaining balance, and I still cannot access my account.
