Appalling experience. I hadn’t placed any bets for six months, then made three regular bets and was banned from promotions despite not profiting. When I contacted the support team, they said they don’t explain such decisions and only review if it benefits me. This feels discriminatory and reflects poorly on the company’s ethics.
