Took up a 3 month subscription with extra features and....got scammed. Terrible product and even worse customer service. I received ZERO (yeah that's right) job matches even after 2 days. I reached out them via email (only way to do so) to get my subscription cancelled and they assured they'll get back to me within 24 hours. It's been more than that already and I am still waiting for a reply. I am worried neither am I going to get my money back nor are they going to cancel my subscription and charge me again after 3 months. I was better off searching on job boards than this terrible tool
