While the new woman's voice isn't awful, the excessive and unnecessary details are overwhelming. It becomes dull and off-putting. The boxes still seem cheap and tacky, despite the changes. I can’t understand the direction taken. The marketing team really needs to reconsider their strategies. Overall, I remain unimpressed.
