Essentially, what made Better Indoors great was Andrew's expertise and knowledge. He recommended 3 options to reduce our high level of Radon (450bq m3) and agreed with our choice to go forward with two of the options to improve the ventilation in our new build house.Neil, who installed the mitigations was really professional and completed the work in half a day, cleaning up any mess as he went along.In the past week we have received the follow up Radon reading from the UKHSA which is now 31bq m3.
