We investigated a whole series of Radon firms. Andrew was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, detailed and flexible to our needs. He did not try to push every solution on us but found the best one. The installer, Neil, was punctual, polite and very efficient and professional, a delight to have in our home. And on top of all this, the solution (an extraction pump from the void underneath the house) has worked brilliantly, AND the price of the was very competitive.
