I had a new issue with dampness on a solid floor and arranged a visit with Better Indoors. The property has always been prone to condensation which had been under control, but often reappears. Andrew gave me good advice, explaining the issues around the appearance of condensation on various internal surfaces, and offering a potential solution. After doing some homework and getting a second opinion, I went ahead and arranged to have a PIV unit fitted in a bedroom recess. This was done quickly and Ruben did a very tidy and professional job. The PIV now appears to have resolved the issues and I have had no issues with condensation throughout the property since, despite the freezing weather.I would be very happy to recommend Better Indoors if you are experiencing similar issues in a property.
