I found this exercise program to be both enjoyable and effective. Unfortunately, due to external factors, I couldn't commit to it daily and had to halt after just 5 sessions. The options available to extend the sessions were intriguing and beneficial. Additionally, the support team provided excellent service and refunded my second month's subscription due to my challenges.
