I went to Better Med yesterday and Mr. Zavey(sorry if I missed spelled your name) checked me in. He was very thorough and very patient with me! The nurse took me back, held my purse & arm as I was very dizzy(beautiful glasses). NP Bob (? stuffed up head) he was also very thorough and explained what to expect and what I needed to do. The facility was super clean! I had to wait for a ride so I went outside and sat on the corner. Mr. Z came out and chatted with me until my ride came! What a thoughtful & caring thing to do!Thanks to all of you at Better Med! Blessings,
