This is for CareNow since their name/ownership has changed :The web checkin is useless. It does not provide accurate selections for physician or pharmacy. It does not good your place in the queue! The text prompts are not clear (“come into the office” does not indicate you need to see someone at the front desk). There is one person at the front desk to process checkin and check out (BetterMed had 2). We have been waiting for OVER an hour and still have not been seen. Someone who was a walk-in (not web checkin) was processed and seen after 5 minutes and we are STILL WAITING. Do better.UPDATE: We received responsive care once we were seen. The physicians and nurses were pleasant and addressed our issue well.
