The AI automated stuff is excellent, and genuinely helpful. I was told that there would be a real 'Coach' who I could chat to about specific issues – however this was impossible and they never replied to messages. I also tried to email BetterMood and never got a response. I eventually launched a PayPal dispute and did get all of my money back. Such a shame. I was getting a lot of benefit from the programme - but hate to be mis-sold anything!
