I must admit that at first, the thought of online sessions, focusing on my breath, relaxation of my body, and basically participating in everything that bettermood teaches me... was not some thing I thought I would benefit from... I just did not think it was for me! I'm delighted that my misconceptions were proven wrong, and I took the leap to give it a try. Many of the lessons the practices, the coaches have begun to change my life, or at least started me on a positive process of feeling my old self again! You are all fantastic!
