This app ripped me off. It's supposed to help with anxiety but it gave me more anxiety. They don't give you a courtesy email when your trial is ending, and then hit you with a full-time membership charge and tell you you can't get a refund even if you're dissatisfied with the service and do not want to use the membership. I tested the app out during the free trial and did not find it useful or helpful. The app is buggy and difficult to log into. They do not make it easy to cancel the subscription.Update: I appreciate the response from the CEO. I fully understand this app is ran by people, but I would like to remind you that your customers are also people, and people should be able to get refunds if they don't want to use your service. I did not receive a text reminder of the upcoming charge, nor did I receive a receipt for the subscription charge. I find that a bit deceiving, for lack of a better word. I haven't received a response from customer service. At the end of the day, maybe this app is helpful for others, but it was not helpful for me. I just want a refund. I feel like I was misled by the advertising that I saw for this app, and my experience of the app was sub-par and not worth the money.
