I was enticed to try this app after seeing adverts on my Instagram many times. I'm always bombarded with new self help apps, 1 for everyday of the week! However, I decided to give this one a chance since they were offering a 7-day free trial...After some time of trying the app out I reached the end of the trial and realised I didn't have the time or money to continue with the annual subscription right now, however I COULD NOT find anywhere to cancel on the website...I managed to find an email under the support section explaining the situation and that I wanted to cancel. They then got back to me saying if I wanted to cancel all I had to do is reply back to this email before I get charged and the free trial ends. I replied ASAP to only then be debited $57.00 the next day and auto-enrolled onto the subscription...Following this I had 0 replies and all of a sudden my email was ghosted... I must have sent more then 5 emails to date trying to follow up and receive a response yet no one has replied...Thankfully, I paid via PayPal so I am able to open a case via them as a 3rd party under the basis thsy I requested the cancellation on time.Why would a company whos aim and concerns is helping others inprove their lives hide the cancellation and support options on their website. Just so they can make money off you... talk about a scam.Avoid at all costs unless you don't care about customer service and a money hungry company...This is my lesson never to trust a minor start up like this no matter what their claims are, they are not a big company like Audible who has happily refunded me for unused and unwanted subscription in the past...I am not even using the service in fear of the fact that I have used the service used against me in my case with PayPal.
