Cute swimsuits, but frustrating customer service and slow refundsBetterTan definitely makes adorable swimsuits—I loved the designs, and their staff was polite and friendly. No issues there.The problems started when I needed a different color. I emailed to ask if they could simply charge my card and re-send the correct color (and refund me later), but I never received a response. I followed up multiple times with no success. In the end, I had to place a new order myself. Thankfully, there was a buy-one-get-one sale, and when I paid extra for shipping, the swimsuits did arrive on time.The return process, however, was the real issue. I had to follow up three separate times, and it still took them more than four weeks from the day they received the return to issue my refund. Their explanation was that they were “very busy,” but to me, that is not a reasonable excuse—processing a simple return should not take over a month.Bottom line: the swimsuits are cute, but the customer service and refund process were unacceptable for the price point they charge. If you order, I recommend planning for delays and being ready to chase down your refund if you need one.
