I did finally receive the product, so seller is capable of shipping -- just not when they say they will. They say to email them with concerns, but don't answer emails. Good communication with customers can make or break a company. I called AMEX to cancel the charge, before I saw it had shipped. Always sad to see a great product vanish due to customer neglect. Still have not received a reply to any of my emails. Three stars is generous, and only given because the product actually arrived.
