I hate to be negative about a smaller company sadly this hasn't been great.Ordered 2 of their vocal trainers, 1 engraved, on 16th July. These haven't shipped. Two emails haven't been answered, I've no idea where these are in the process.Sadly I needed these for next week and due to shipping highly unlikely I'll have them in time so I'll be cancelling the order and charging back on the card.Again a real shame but I can't recommend this company given my experience.
