This company is terrible, and I wouldn't recommend them at all. I ordered a book that was supposed to include a CD, which was important for my son. When the book arrived without the CD, I contacted them for a replacement or refund. Their response was that they only provide the book and that extras like CDs aren't guaranteed, despite being mentioned in the description. They offered a 'goodwill refund,' but I never received it. When I followed up, they didn't respond. Complete scam!
