The overall experience was okay. I've had better experiences with this company. The butterfly rewards program: it's extremely difficult to redeem codes. I have tried redeeming codes and it will say I've already used that code when I haven't. I have contacted customer service about this and all they do is delete the codes that say this. They don't give me new codes therefore I have lost the rewards I accumulated. Also the book will be condition used very good or like new but when I receive it there are marred pages, the cover is bent, and other problems.
