Complaint:I created an account at Bettilt before I was 18, but after I became of legal age, I continued to deposit and play. The platform accepted my deposits and never restricted or warned me.I played in the casino and won around €600, all after turning 18. When I requested a withdrawal, my account was closed, and they said they would only return the €95 I deposited, not the full balance.I have proof of my real account balance and feel this is very unfair. If I was underage, they should have blocked my account earlier — not wait until I won money.Bettilt took my deposits, allowed me to gamble, and now refuses to pay the money I won.
