Yesterday they rejected my withdrawal and Even demand for further documents and selfie for further KYC and i also provided them that. They said kyc will be approved within 24 hours and here i am , still not approved. I contacted their customer service and they said my submitted documents are verified and they just require a small verification by call. They said they will call me today between 1 pm -6pm but they didn't and i wasn't even away from my mobile for a second . Now they saying they will try to do call again at same time also .. they also mentioned that they called me but my mobile was busy. But it can't be . They never called me .
