MY ACCOUNT WAS ALREADY VALIDATED.They refused to pay my wining bet. I placed a 30 euro bet, on football.They asked for my ID, my Selfie With my ID holding and my Power Bill for address verification.I sent ALL the documents. ALL of them.They called me to my phone. I Stated to them that I cant speak English. I write English with translator’s help.They called me to my phone and they asked me - what was my first deposit . I couldn’t understand them , and I gave the phone to my wife and then to my brother. He told them anything they asked for.Postal Code, Address, Age, Deposit via Skrill, Email etc.They asked …. " what was my first deposit. " my first deposit was MONTHS ago. For many months I wasn’t using my account. How could I remember that ?????They accepted my deposit, WITHOUT verification. They accepted my football bet, WITHOUT verification.But when it comes to pay my winnings, they asked for documents. THAT’S VERY FINE. NO PROBLEM AT ALL FOR DOCUMENTS.BUT they refused to pay winnings , because I couldn’t remember questions like : -what was my first deposit . - what was my first bet . - If I know about their bonuses.I did make a deposit to them MONTHS ago, I got bonus and I bet on casino.After that, and after almost a year, I came back to them and I placed a football bet.So now they ask for documents.
