They have just kept my deposit and forcing me to gamble it in order to be able to withdraw it. I deposited 15 euros initially and they added 15 euros as bonus to my account. I gambled a bit on roulette and got bored so wanted to withdraw my money. On the withdrawal page it said that the minimum bank withdrawal is 50 euros, so I deposited another 30 euros just so that I could withdraw it to my bank. However, the withdrawal still stopped me and asked me to gamble 600 euros worth before they would let me withdraw my money since my account has an active bonus. I told them many times that I do not want to gamble and just want my own deposit back less any bonuses. However, they keep sending me the same email asking me to gamble the 40 times the bonus or else they will not let me withdraw my deposit. This is such a big scam and shocking that this is happening in Europe. I have used UK betting sites for ages without having any issues. This is the worst customer experience and they have kept my money illegally. I will try to find an EU consumer forum to complaint.
