Bettilt is a great platform, and I did enjoyed my experience there. However, as a newcomer, I wasn't aware that using a bonus to buy a bonus game could lead to my account being permanently locked. I've repeatedly explained that this was not intentional on my part and have kindly requested that my account be unlocked. Unfortunately, I have not received any response.
