I had registerd on this websit dated on 21.10.2023 and i add Rs.1000, also i win up to Rs.7000 for the same, when i tried to withdraw my winning amount, they asked me for account verification, i uploaded all required documents properly, but my phone verification was pending bcoz i didnt get any SMS from Bettilt, i tried 2 to 3 numbers of mine but there was no luck, i tried for the support but they are ediot, they was asking me to go in network coverage area for sms verification , in my home there are full network and i am able to recieve SMS also, i sent an email to Bettilt support they told me that your document is under process, but they don't have solution on phone verification, meanwhile i played on some games on Bettilt and lost my winning, after seven hours they send me an email that your account now verified when my account balance was RS.1400, once i put withdrwal request for Rs.1000 which was my actual deposit amount, the status showing as pending, again i contact to support they told me that every withdrawal request need to upto 12 hours time to succeed, i was put withdrawal request by 7.30 pm, finally next morning by 7 am i get my money back from this scammer website. maybe they was waiting for my winning amount get to be zero,This website customer care team didnt get any proper training or they dont have knowledge about technology, also this website is not trustful, if i didnt email them about sms verification maybe they denied my withdrawl request because of phone verification.i also have account with rajabet, 10 cric where i get instant withdrawal within a hour.
