Usually have no trouble at all with Betts. This time the website couldn’t hold the items in my basket for half an hour even though I was sent an email reminding me that I have items waiting. Tried to return to website using the link on the email to place that order and when I got there the basket is empty? Logged in to find an earlier basket which no longer applies. Called Betts to try and order over the phone but they could not see my order despite them having sent me the email just minutes earlier. Somewhat fed up I re ordered to discover that unavailable items are back ordered and sent at additional expense. I have placed my order in the website is dreadful and basically doesn’t work well.
