Excellent service, I hadn’t used Betts before, but I’m very impressed. I spoke to someone on the phone about what I was sending I we agreed I probably wouldn’t get anything for the gold plating on my silver items, but I got the gold value and the silver. They sent the credit note by email as soon as they received my package and the money was in my bank the next day!
