Avoid this company. When mistakes are made with precious metals they can be very costly. Both financially and also to ones reputation, particularly when wedding rings/customer orders are involved. Betts have consistently failed to deliver on quality but most disappointingly on customer service.... Or lack of it. From the staff on the shop floor to senior management I have had consistent problems. Orders have been sent out scratched and poorly finished, orders have even been completely incorrect from the items that were supposed to be dispatched. Betts have sent numerous parcels to the incorrect address even though senior management assured me that would not happen again.... Yet it has.A awful company that will damage your reputation. I have had to let customers down as betts could not deliver on quality and service Avoid.
