I have never used Betts before but placed my order with them because the cost of the tools I needed was very competitive. I ordered a GRS xl micro block vice. Betts kept me informed and delivered the unit in good time. Unfortunately on checking parts two small pins were missing. Obviously not packed by the manufacture correctly. Contacted Betts who immediately took pins from another unit and posted to me by special delivery after I had a phone call from a member of staff apologising for the pin mistake. I was treated extremely well and the service was superb. Certainly buy more tools and supplies from this company again. Excellent all round.
