I loved my sweatshirts and also bought for friends and family this Christmas. I recently received two size small sweatshirts that were bigger than usual and so didn’t fit. I sent an enquiry as to why they were not the same as those I already had and received short shrift from customer services basically telling me in two lines the sweatshirts were not bigger (they are!) and they had no explanation. They could easily have put it better. Not the small friendly business they would have us believe. Very disappointing and poor customer service.
