I don’t gamble, except every euros and World Cup, me and a friend put a tenner each in an online betting account. We’ve done it for years. We were £200 up after the group stage, so we withdrew the money. The account got locked. They refunded our tenners and told us the account and bets were void because we withdrew to a different account than the one we deposited from. Either I have found a loophole to cancel bets and get your stake back after the fact or they are scum and crooks who don’t let you win Bets. I wonder if we would get our stake back in the same situation if we lost the bet? Who is the trade body that we complain to?
