I joined BUK and then found I couldn't deposit. I went on online chat and waited 90 minutes for a reply. The message I put on was replied to via email the next day. It was the usual claptrap about BUK needing to look after its clients and as a new customer I had set my deposit limits too high. So I changed those and tried to deposit but the limits kept defaulting to the ones that were too high. I emailed customer services again on Monday December 5th asking for help and pointing out that I had already lost the bonus they were advertising. I have not had a reply. This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. My advice to anyone opening a betting account is to avoid Bet UK like the plague!
