I try to withdraw 20 pounds and it told me that it is pending and I can't withdraw it as I didn't go through the verification. So I try to do so and it asks me to upload the front and the back of my credit card. I ask if they can see my CVV and in the beginning, they told me that they will see it. But they changed their words and said that the CVV will be covered by the HooYu. Anyway, it can't convince me. And I tried two other betting companies but none of them ask for my credit card (not even the front!!!). It is very weird and I decide not to send the back of my card to them, which means I can't take back my money in that account.And a last small piece of advice is that you should not send any emails to them as they wouldn't reply to you.
