I have had a few issues with betway regarding “taking deposits from my bank and not crediting my account” to “not getting the free £5 bet after placing accas over £25.In this recent case it is a casino promotion called “casino rewards”I opted in ! (Mon to Thurs only)Then i made deposits and played different slot games. I deposited between £450 and £600.Also played through alot of that money so i was at the point where i must have built up 100-200 free spins and a free bet. At the end the promotion page says come back Friday for winning credits/free spins.I checked on Friday and the promotion page was blank with a message saying “sorry you have no promotions at the moment” ????What type of company is this that can move ghe goalpost when suited.I went on the chat to ask them what has happened and after 4 hours and 10mins in a queue i gave up??MESSAGE TO BETWAY: All true check your system.
