I deposited £500 straight after opening my account. Immediately, I was locked out of my account. After 30-40 hours of love-chat wrangling, my account was opened 7 days later. BUT my £500 is not in my account. I have provided the transaction ID and e-receipt from PayPal, proving that my deposit was legitimate. Still Betway have not credited my account and they have given me no time frame for when this might be resolved. THEY HAVE STOLEN £500 FROM ME.Avoid Betway at all costs, their customer service is incredibly slow and they do nothing. Betway think they are entitled to take your money and ignore you. I have never experienced anything like what Betway has put me through. A disgusting company and an abberation of customer service
