They acknowledge that this is the amount owed to me but seem unable to repay it ?!?! Even though every other company I deal with has no issues take payments from and making deposits to my card.I am not somebody who typically uses trust pilot but the behaviour of this company, judging by my experience and looking at other reviews, is bordering on criminal and I'm not sure how they are retaining their licence to operate.BEWARE if you are considering depositing, it is likely to be safer to go elsewhere.Original review:Deposit of £100 taken twice from my account. Tried to resolve over live chat but they closed my account when I simply explained that taking a deposit twice had caused me a problem with a payment elsewhere. Since then another withdrawal of £23.50 and this £100 have not been returned to me. All subsequent contact attempts by email have been ignored.
