This is the worst experience I've ever encountered with a company. I won a significant amount recently, yet I have yet to receive any of it. My account indicated that the funds were sent and should arrive within a few days, but it's been much longer with no resolution. The customer service is exceptionally poor, ruining my holiday season. It feels like they take without giving, even when wins are legitimate. I'm leaving this review on a partner's account as I currently have no phone.
