I have not had a horrible experience, I really enjoy the different games. So far everyone I have talked to has been relatively kind. I had to get my account verified which they said would take 5 days and it took exactly 5 days... I submitted a withdrawal of 450 dollars on Aug 1st. Because that was a weekend they did not start processing it until mon the 4th. Bad timing on my end I suppose.after reading these reviews I am definitely a little bit nervous about whether or not I'm going to get it at all 😩 I'll keep you posted. And hopefully after my first initial withdrawal process it will go a little quicker
