I now have a pending request that has been waiting for approval since the 11th of April. I've been fed multiple "it will be approved on x" and I'm still waiting.Customer support now states: "...we are really sorry for the delay caused because of the high volume of withdrawal requests. I've already escalated this matter, and the billing department will check and approve it as soon as possible, and you will be notified via email as soon as your withdrawal is approved. Once again, we are sorry for the inconvenience, and your funds will get to you as soon as possible. We thank your patience in regards!"Either this is a stall tactic to prevent customers from withdrawing their winning or the company is seriously insolvent. Neither are great options...
